Before I officially moved to Chicago, I was traveling to and from NYC almost once, sometimes twice a week. I saw my skin start to suffer drastically. My complexion looked dry and dull. I'd land and for days after I'd look extremely puffy, especially underneath my eyes. I have always been diligent about my morning skin routine, as well as my night skin routine, so I decided it was time to implement one in-flight.

Through trial and error, I finally found products that I LOVE

I always try and take my make up off before I even get on the plane, but if I don't have time, I use an Essential Facial Wipe by Ursa Major to remove it. I absolutely love everything by Ursa Major! Their products are all chemical free and natural. A lot of the other cleansing towels I tried before I found these, made me feel dry and crackly. These leave me feeling hydrated and clean.

I carry a little spray bottle of Rose Water with me at all times. I bought one of the mini airplane safe ones from Walgreens and I'm obsessed! I absolutely live on this stuff. It's an instant hydration boost and it leaves me feeling so refreshed.

I use a nickel size amount of the Embryolisse Lait-Crème. It's a multi-function nourishing moisturizer. It's great for flights, because it can be used as a moisturizing mask. This makes my skin feel like silk and leaves me with a pretty glow. You can also use this as a makeup primer when you're not on a flight, FYI...

Time for my Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm. This is my absolutely favorite part (honestly, I repeat this step a couple times throughout the duration of my flight because it is so refreshing). I apply it directly to my under eye area, usually right after take off and right before landing.

**This is an optional step and usually only necessary in the colder months** If I have any extra dry patches on my skin, I use a little bit of Calendula Gel. It's a homeopathic natural ointment that is amazing. It absorbs quickly, isn't greasy and works naturally with YOUR specific body. It's awesome for skin irritations or even bug bites!

This is a serious Babe Fave, the Glossier Mint Balm Dotcom. If you haven't tried it yet, it's a must. I love all the flavors and feel like they serve different purposes. I chose mint as my in-flight flavor because it has a yummy cooling effect. You can also use it on your cuticles... anyone else get really dry cuticles? Nope? Just me?

Last but not least, I always apply a bit of Amber Oil to my wrists, chest and behind my ears. My mom wears Amber Oil as her perfume and honestly it's almost just her permanent sent. I think it's seeped so deep into her skin, that even if she doesn't put it on, she still smells like she's wearing it! Not only does it remind me of her, but it also makes me smell amazing and instantly feel clean.

Here you have it babes!

Hope this was helpful. Let me know if you try any of the products.

Would love to hear your opinions!
