I absolutely love prepping for the gym! It is truly the only part of my day when I can completely shut off and focus on ME.
I am human, so yes, there are obviously days I don’t necessarily feel like working out, BUT I never skip my sweat session, because I know how helpful it is for my mind and body.
My key to successfully getting my butt to the gym is to PACK AHEAD OF TIME.
Everything in my bag goes with me every single day. I even keep the list typed up on my phone (Yes, I am a bit anal haha), but it helps me stay organized at all times!
I wanted to share my list with you guys, in hopes that it will motivate you to keep pushing yourself towards your goals! We all have that Inner Babe inside all of us, we just have to find her and do the work to nourish her. Let working out become one of the top things you do for her.
